(no subject)
Hmmm a lot of students in my uni are on strike and basically all our classes are cancelled because they won't actually let us get in the building to go to class. I can't explain properly. Anyway for now they've decided to keep on err blocking the building/classes/whatever until Thursday and then they'll decide if they continue on Friday, Saturday etc. They're probably going to keep this up until next Tuesday (when a huge public demonstration (hmm manifestation?) is planned).
It's slightly annoying because I know that it means I'm supposed to do a lot of studying on my own but I really don't have the motivation to do so. Meh.
The Kaiser Chiefs concert was great last night, they could have played a bit longer though. But nah it was great. I almost got elbowed in the face by a fucking girl who was quite insane and we all got pushed around A LOT. But it was fun. I'm really glad I saw them in a small venue, the energy was great and I'm not sure I would have loved them just as much in a bigger venue. The rest of the night was quite bizarre... We went to a bar where the band was supposed to do an after but they didn't show up and I ended up coming home at 2:30 am. It was a great evening/night.
