and she still works
Tirelessly works

What should become of it?
Still anyone's guess
But a smile and nod is all she needs
A whisper, a growling rasp
crawls the side of a smirk
that only she will ever know.
"Will they come?'
"Will they save their prince?",
She whispers into the cold metal lock.
A clawing, weak at best is no answer,
