Ken, his whacked-out send of humor and other things... :)
[EDIT: Malakas si Ian sa akin. Pinatanggal niya yung buong pangalan niya. So I did. Then I realized that because I'm such a careless typist, I had typographical errors in my Ateneo Checklist, so I corrected them. Which ones? Go figure! :) /EDIT]
When I celebrated my 22nd birthday, Ken wasn't able to make it because his dad was fresh out of a bypass surgery. Ergo, he was at the hospital during my celebration.
I texted Ken soonafter and told him that though we missed his presence that night, we understood why he couldn't make it.
I must say that Ken is one guy who just has this terribly wicked sense of humor, and I admire him for that.-- Yes, our texts turned into jokes soonafter....
Me: Miss ka na daw ng Nanay ko...
Ken: Oo nga eh, by the way sinu-sino from the gang pumunta nung Saturday? Lahat ba?
Me: Oo lahat, maliban sa yo. At kay Josh. But what do you expect with Josh right? Haha. Na-miss ka nga ng ka-love team mo...si Ian.
Me: Also, ANI friends like Uri, Patrick and Migs were there. :)
Ken: Sayang si Ian, ang aking love team. :) Nakita mo na movie namin ni Ian?
Me: Di pa nga eh. Sad. Hindi mo pa kasi pinapakita sa akin eh.
Ken: Panuorin mo na. It's showing sa mga cinemas right now. It's critically acclaimed. Title: Brokeback Mountain. :)
Me: Ah yun! I watched that na! You and Ian! Grabe, galing! :-P
Ken: So nakita mo na pala. Hahahaha. :) It was hard shooting under those conditions. I mean, shooting a love scene sa small tent... And ang dami sheep, allergic pa naman ako!
Me: Ken, you never cease to amaze me! Hahaha :) Sayang talaga, you weren't there sa party...
Ken: Oo nga eh, naudlot plans namin ni Ian to come in matching cowboy outfits :) And he could have brought some sheep. :) Hahaha. Nagrodeo na tayo sa party mo! :) Hahaha!

1. 2nd General Assembly for the MANGGYAN Medical Mission later @ 5pm Mezz 3, 9th floor Makati Med. :)
2. And that I will meet up with Fr. Dacanay tomorrow morning in the Ateneo! He actually remembers me! I thought he forgot me na! Whoopee! :)

( ) jog around the campus in the evening -- Even if I wanted to, I lived too far from AdMU to jog in the campus at night. *sniff*
(X) visit the art gallery -- There was a point in my life when I actually visited it everyday. And to this day, I don't know why! But I'm glad I did though, because I learned more about Philippine art and artists and developed greater appreciation for both :)
(X) know at least one xerox lady, manong, or technician by name -- Ate Alma. :)
(X) get a Jesuit for a teacher -- Fr. Dacanay rules. I wanted to get Fr. Nemy Que, but no! :( Oh and yes, I also had a class under Fr. McNamara!!!

(X) have gotten an F in something -- Haha! That was the time when I had time mismanagement and uncoordinated priorities! (I blame my former org --no, it's not ANI--- on this, but thank God I've seen the light!) Although that "F" built my character, it would've been better if I didn't get one. Oh well. C'est la vie.

( ) watch a La Salle vs. Ateneo UAAP game -- I haven't watched one! Haha!

(X) sleep in the lib -- Most definately! I miss the lib! It was my 2nd home in 3rd & 4th year!
( ) visit Mr. San Andres -- Why on earth will I visit Mr. San Andres if I didn't get into trouble? Or was that the euphemistic way of saying that you got into trouble?
(X) go to the chapel -- The chapel's actually one of my favorite spots in Ateneo.
(X) have gotten a pebble stuck in your shoe/slippers in the middle of the quad
(X) cut class with your block to watch a movie -- I did it once in 2nd year, and never did it again cause I didn't feel it was right to cut Sci10 or any other class for that matter. Movies can wait for your next free time. Haha! ;P Goody-two-shoes-nerd I am.
(X) sign up for those institutional (i.e. difficult but brilliant) teachers: Ferriols, Dacanay, David, Manacsa, Ang, Escaler, Arcilla, Totanes, and many others
( ) go to CERSA night -- How I wanted to, but never did! Haha!

(X) fall in love -- This happened in 3rd year. Not in 1st year ok?

(X) learn to stay awake for more than 24 hours straight -- I once stayed awake for a whole week. Now, I cannot do that anymore.
() have gotten side comments from ASSOC -- I don't know if I ever have, but I avoid passing through their area when they're wearing black.
( ) take (and enjoy) Saturday classes -- I once had a Saturday class, but I didn't enjoy it.
( ) go to your immersion -- The immersion for our area was cancelled, so I wasn't able to go to one.

(X) take time to read the vandalism in the CR doors -- Trivia: someone actually made the vandalism in the CR doors into a thesis.
