I ate way too much yesterday. Due to two Thanksgivings and my lack of self control, I'm sure I've gained at least two pounds of actual fat over the last three days.
I've changed my goal weight. If that bothers any of you you can talk to me about it. But, please don't attack. I'm eating healthily and I definitely don't have any sort of eating disorder. So remember, if it bothers you, talk to me about it.
Today is a new day. I'm probably not going to be jogging much but I'm going to try to do yoga or a fitness class plus these toning videos. My muscles are less defined than they were and I need to work on that.
