So here is the nineth day of this meme I'm doing recently. ^-^
Day #09: Your favourite J-Pop performance
Actually, I have two.
I couldn't find them on any video sharing websites, and I couldn't upload them either, but I have them, so if you want me to send you one or another, or even both, just drop a comment with you e-mail address. (:
1) Kamenashi Kazuya & Taguchi Junnosuke - Special Happiness
A performance from Shounen Club on 09th April 2006. It is one of my all-time favourite songs, even though Kame wrote the lyrics alone. I don't care, because their voices fit perfectly, the song is beautiful, and the performance is full of energy and it's really heartwarming. ♥
2) Taguchi Junnosuke - Love Music
From the No More Pain World Tour DVD recorded on 22nd August 2010 in Osaka Dome.
You may ask why this performance is special, because Junno has a lot of solo performances, even concert performances, so why exactly this one?
Maybe nobody noticed it, but it was recorded on my 16th birthday. So even if it's selfish and silly, when I watched the DVD, and everytime I rewatch it, it feels like that this performance is a birthday gift for me. I know, I know, we don't even know each other, maybe won't ever meet, and we are thousands of kilometers away from each other, but I really feel that way. If it comes to him, I'm absolutely selfish, and it was already a surprise for me that the DVD was released from the records taken on 22nd August. I had that concert date written in my calendar, but I never thought that I will have a chance to see the performances from that day even if only in a DVD.
So I wanna have this good feeling for a little longer, okay? You can say that I'm crazy, selfish, or simply too fanatic, but this was, is, and will be my perfect gift for my 16th birthday. ♥
