New wig and Another Doll

Just ordered Bird a photostory only wig. It should get here in 15-20 days which is about one to two weeks before summer break.
I've been thinking about when i'm going to put in my order for Bird's twin brother(who i refuse to name till he gets here no matter how much he complains >_<). I have the adoption money already so that's not what is holding me back. The thing that is making me hesitate is whether or not to wait till the Luts summer event and get the event head with him.
It would make more since to me to wait and then sell the event head for money to go towards the Minifee I want. But it all depends on what happened between now and July which is when they usually have the summer event. I'll update later if I think of anything else.
