that's spring break in japanese... and it's finally here! and i finally have time to post! so midterms are finally over, but i can't really say i'm as exhausted as phatmei was since i only had 2... but that means i now have *mountains* of work to do this break. i can already tell it's not going to happen. i've just been lazing about my house by day, and going out by night. i like it that way- i feel sort of useless at the same time, but i really need to do nothing for a little while. i know as soon as i get back things will kick in full force again, which will be good when it happens, but for now i'm very content. but who is to say that socializing isn't productive in its own way anyway? there's nothing i'd rather be doing than catching up with everyone from home now, so it's been really great. let's see... i missed dana TONS as always so she was the first person i called, and we went to see her dad's new house on saturday night. i'm really happy for her dad and sonya (and andy and jessi)- the finished architectural project, and soon to be finished total house once all their stuff gets put into place- is gorgeous. and since dana's living there this summer, instead of 2 min. from me sadly, i know i'll be there a good amount. then we went to see the passion of christ with andy- i'm really glad that i saw it and i definitely appreciate it for a lot of reasons, but it's so hard to form an overall opinion since it isn't an enjoyable movie at all.
yesterday we played scrabble and matt raped up like 200 to like 110 but it was still tons of fun, and then i got to see all the cool kids like andrew, graham, kate, ian, timmy, etc. at ian's house. they got sick on cookie dough.
i'm about to eat seafood- yes i haven't had it in *soooo* long! then tonight i want to hit up the 2 dollar theaters. i can't wait till matt2 comes up and we go to boston yay yay!
