C'mon you just gotta love DD. Did I tell you my latest Mulder discovery last weekend? I was rewatching some of my fave eps and all I noticed was: This guy is really very Gibbs-like or rather Gibbs is very Mulder-like. Most of the Mulderisms could be Gibbsisms as well :D

About TXF2. I want to believe but still am very skeptical about it. It was announced oh so many times and turned out to be nothing but rumours. Allegedly GA turned down a film offer now because it would interfere with shooting TXF2 and DD has been spotted reading TXF2 scripts. Dunno how much of this is true. I don't believe as long as I don't see it on the silver screen. The time gap is my worry as well. But then again I just recently met a 16 yrs old who is a big TXF-fan. She came attached by watching the reruns on Kabel1. So there are still some new fans out there. And the old fandom is alive as ever. Seems like Californication just let the old fans resurface. Maybe this time DD will come to Germany for the premier and not only the man who wasn't there aka Mitch Pileggi. I still regret I was so shy back then and didn't approach him for an autograph and picture. And it would be 10 years after the first TXF-movie... I keep my fingers crossed :P

There are actually quite a lot kids out there that are into X-Files. It is scary to think about how young they were when the show first aired *laughs*. Makes me feel sooooo old. I think the movie would work okay even 10 years later. Now they only need to get together and start filming.

^Yes, it is scary and makes you feel even older than you already do. When the girl I talked to told me she was only 16 I was really surprised. I mean no way she would have watched it back then. I even consider my cousin back then way to young to watch (but he watched anyways) and he was 12 when he started watching in season 3. But it great to see it can still stand the test of time and is as addictive as it was when we were... er... younger^^
