Well... that's what everyone keeps telling me. Dunno if it helps, but it's the ISP with the numbers and the & in the name.
Had another nice chat with the service guys a couple of minutes ago and even though it won't change a thing I'm about to write angry letter #2 to the CEO of this ISP.
This time when I explicitely pointed out they already got the fees for that month they told me I should contact their customer service as soon as everything works properly again to file a complaint and get the money back on goodwill base.
You know, funny thing is, everybody tells me how they are trained to see the customers as most valuable and have to agree on everything they say. For instance the uncle of my best friend works for a big north German drugstore chain and they are told to take back stuff which was obviously bought in a competitive chain as long as the customer insists it was bought here. But somehow I always end up with service clerks who skipped that training...
Anyways. I hope at least the new date is final and I'll be online again on Monday...
