since we've got a request for caps from this weeks NCIS-episode I will post some. This post is especially for my mibbser-kibbser-twin immertreu who is at home this week and couldn't watch the episode so far. And it's also for citymusings who asked for caps last night.
I think there are no spoilers in these apart from the Mibbs-ones. But regarding the actual plot nothing you had to be afraid of.

As a little bonus you'll get a few 4x19 promo shots which were obviously posted on Monday but I missed out on them.
