On the "Harry sinking in the memories" - I think I share your opinion, Kayla. They are just that - memories. In addition memories Harry haven't had access to for a long time. In a way their importance is dulled to Harry, as raw as they can still be for Severus (because really, there is the guilt in it on his part that feeds them). I don't think they are unimportant to Harry, I think it is rather like Harry puts importance to other matters.
I can't imagine he gets angry, what I can imagine is he will one day interrogate Severus about them and they'll have a Talk. Not because of Harry, but because of Severus.
I don't right now but I know I will love the “I owe you my life" part. What I loved though was the “I want you,” he spat out. “Every single day since we parted I thought of you. When I left, I thought that if I fulfilled my every heart’s desire the memory of you would finally burn to ash. If anything, it has only consumed me more. After everything I’ve had. Everything I’ve done. I still want more.”.
I love the way they misunderstand each other on a regular basis. Well, yeah, I love them.

One more thing about the memories - I love that what is most important for one isn't that important for the other one and vice versa. That they differs in that regard slightly and that is what make them so plausible.
