Tokyo Disney Land.

Sep 30, 2005 22:49

So yesterday I went to Tokyo Disney land with my host sister, Melissa, and some of the girls from our class. Omg it was so fun. >DDDD on the way there, we had to ride this bus that took like, an hour to get there, but I did not mind because I simply listenened to my music, offspring off course, and everyone who knows me knows that I get into that music, lol, so my classmates found it funny to watch me. ^^'' anyway, we got there and got our tickets and everything, and Rie tried to find an ATM for melissa and I, who had both expected to get money at the atm near the trainstation that morning, but it had been closed. We couldn't find one, so Rie just said that if we needed money, she would loan us it and we would pay her back, which was no big deal. I only ended up having to borrow the price to get in from her, so it's all good. Anyway, the first ride we went on was Pirates of the Caribbean, lol, which was funny, cause it was all still in english, so yeah. Poor people not understanding what is going more then likely. lol, and you could so tell that I was ment for that ride: Pirate T-Shirt (I wore my don't tease the pirates shirt) POTC Necklace, Jolly Rodger Bracelet, Jolly Rodger Shoe Laces, Jolly Rodger belt, a bag with a Jolly Rodger on it, lmao. and this is just me on a normal day too. ^^'' I like pirates, can any one tell? lol. Anyway, I ended up buying another pirate bracelet thing there, I likes it. >D. So I have more things to add to my pirate collection. lol. Good stuff. After that we got the fast pass for thunder mountain railroad, and we then went on splash mountain. It was sooooooo damn funny to hear Melissa scream like she did on that ride. lmao. Great stuff. I went with my class mate Kanako (Kan-Chan) and she had never been on that ride before, so that was also pretty fun. I likes my classmates. Rie and Chihiro got totally soaked though cause they were in the front, lol. I had been second to last, Melissa bringing up the rear. Anyway, then, after that, we went and got fast passes for The Haunted Mansion, and then we went onto thunder mountain railroad. I thought of my mom like, the whole time on that ride though, cause she loves it so much. lol, it's like, her favorite ride ever. It's great stuff. After that we went to Space mountain (It's faster in america, sadly), toon town, and went on the toon town roller coaster. By that time I was hungry, cause I had only had ceral that morning at 6, and it was now like, almost three, so we went and got some food, and then of course, some dessert. lol. I had a brownie sunday. mmmm good stuff. lol. We then went to The Haunted Mansion, which was awsome stuff. Know why? It's exactly like the haunted mansion in america but...It's Nightmare Before Christmas afied. Like...that's the whole theme of it, and I really like that movie, so it made it that much more awsome. >D And...Zero...Is like my second favorite Disney Character ever! >D I actually ended up buying for 3800 Yen a pretty big Zero bean bag stuffed animal thing. It's soooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute. Omg. I just had too. -^_______________________^- it makes me happy. I also bought a halloween stitch towel thingie, (stitch being my favorite Disney character of all time,) and I bought a stitch tin with cookies in it for a class gift, because Japanese people are really big on getting people you see on a regular basis gifts if you go ANYWHERE. ^^''. Anyway, Me, Chihiro, Naho, and Rie all ended up going on splash mountain again, while the rest of the group, Melissa, Eeka, And Kan-chan (who thought splash mountain was scary, lol) went on the thunder mountain railroad again. While there I ended up seeing like, three Parade's. This uber halloween pumpkin one (Cause, since it is so close to Halloween, Disney land was all halloween decked out. It was so awsome, since I love halloween so much >D I. Love. Pumpkins. For those of you who did not know, lol) Another random one, and then the special lighty flashy one at the end. It was all great stuff. and...almost everything during the parades was in english. lol. It was great. ^^'' Anyway, We left there pretty late, like, 10 at night, and we were all tired and carrying stuff that we had bought (Zero (aka Obake Chan wich means Ghost Chan) is pretty heavy when one is tired, and the stitch tin was heavy too, so was my bag. lol. Everything seems so heavy when one is tired. Anyway, the bus ride home was like...15 minutes compared to the hour some ride there, lol, and then we had to stand packed like sardeen people in the train as we rode home. after the second stop though, I was lucky enough to get a seat, and the next stop Melissa got one too. Yay for us. Then Rie and I had to walk home the devil satan hill, and I got home hungry and tired, but...that day was so much fun, it was so worth every minute. lol. And things were cheeper then then in america. Like the Zero I bought equals about 30 american dollars, and in america, it would have more then likely been about 45. It's crazy. It's soooooooo cute though, I loves it. -^_______________^- I will have to put a picture of it up here. Also, another thing I noticed, was that unlike in america, where people who go to the disney theme parks are obsessed with the traiding pin thingies, in Japan, it's allllll about the hats. lmao. They have like, 50 million different types of hats, ears, ear pin clip thingies, ect, and everyone wears em. lol. It was great. Even the teenage guys were wearing this stuff. Crazy. Today, I hung my clothes up to dry (I shall NEVER again complain about dryers taking a long time, lol. ^^'' ) and then I completely cleaned Rie's kitchen for her (she's at work teaching a saturday math class or something) so when she get's home, she'll come home to a completely cleaned kitchen. OMG though, it was bad. @.@ I have NEVER seen a kitchen as dirty as hers. It took me forever, and I ended up cutting my hand like, three times and my fingers still kinda hurt from scrubbing. lol. But Rie is such a nice person that it is worth it. -^^- I just hope that she dosn't notice and like, make a big deal about it, cause then I would get embarassed and feel weird. That always happens. @.@ lol. Anyway, after I got done with that, (it took me like, almost three hours) I was hungry, so I went to the atm to get money, and while there, I went into this shop, and I ended up buying two CD's, which costed 3000 Yen each, (approx. $25) yeah, cd's are SPENSIVE here. lol. But...They are Dynasty Warriors Drama CD's...which means I now have my Shichiseishi talking on cd's and music and stuff, so it was worth it to me. I also got a little offspring pin thingie. Yay! >D Go me! lol. Anyway, so after spending more money then I would have liked, I went to my favorite little ramen shop here, (I've been to that shop like, four times in the month I have been here, lol) and I got some ramen, cause I love it. When I entered though, there were no free normal seats, so I had to sit Japanese style at a Japanese style table, when this older gentleman was like, In english, 'Please, come sit here. That must hurt' I was just like, um....ok. ^^'' Cause, it did hurt my feet, lol, so I sat across from him at his table, and we talked and stuff, and apparently he owns the ramen shop. lol. His english was really good, because he used to be in the oil industry, and he traided with americans all the time, so yeah. He was pretty cool, and I was glad to have someone to talk to, and to have had something interesting happen in my day. lol. So, super happy because a) I had found cd's with My seishi on then, b) I had just got done eating Ramen, yum, and c)I had had an interesting encounter, I walked home, not at all minding the weather. -^____________^- I then got home, did some homework, and am now doing this while I wait for Leia to come back from work. Tomorrow, I am going to be going swimming with Rie, and since I love swimming, I am looking foreward to it. ^^ Until next time
