Hullo! Woo! We're getting close to the end. I can't believe I'm nearly to 9th gen. Anyways, after the heir poll and it being a close one between Lexie and Mark, Mark won! Yay Mark! :D That's about it for the last chapter except for April growing up to a child. Let's go! 40 something under the cut. Sorry it's not much but I'm doing two chapters that are smaller since I'm too lazy to do one big one. XD
I send Mark down to Maple Chapel to find a spouse. Hey, don't judge me. I figured it'd give us good vibes. :P
Mark: I'm looking for a wife. You want to get married when you're no longer jailbait?
Maisy: Sure, I'm down for marrying! Anything to get me out of this hideous cowgirl getup.
Can't blame a girl for that.
Meredith: Ah shit...
You mean piss. And I've already told you before that trying to catch it doesn't work. Tsk.
Callie: You're moving us out aren't you?
Yes afraid so.
With that, Callie makes the call for herself, Lexie, and Meredith to move out. I was quite sad about letting them go. Story progression moved Lexie in with her father which I thought was kind of sweet. Mere and Callie, last time I looked, were living together.

Mark: Oh really?
Yep! Btw, I've already fulfilled Mark's LTW. It was too easy. XD
Mark: Hey, Maisy, you grown up yet? I'm the heir! Yeah!
Poor April, no friends and she broke the dishwasher. :l
So I ameliorate this by having her be friends with Train who also needs a friend. His "master" was Meredith. I should have moved him out with her but I'm attached.
And then it's his birthday!
Train: Little girl, that is loud.
Train: My butt sparkles...
Train: ....
But either way,he's an elder and he and April are friends. <3
Mark: Bb, be mine?
Maisy: Oh Mark! I'm allergic,...

I usually wouldn't allow this (going to a recital) but I feel bad for April.

They finally becoame girlfriend and boyfriend. It was difficult due to Maisy's commitment issues and her never being home.
Cristina goes to adopt a kitten. Only I find out the only cat for adoption is an adult. No fun.
Mark: Baby, will you marry me? I love you.
Maisy: Oh I know you didn't...
Maisy: You don't propose to a girl like that! Dummy!
Mark: Okay, okay, I'm sorry.
She tries and he shoots her down. hah
He tries again and she outright laughs. lol
Maisy: Cristina, even though I've rejected your son's proposal twice, do I have your blessing to marry him ?
Cristina: You seem alright enough. Sure!
Cristina: When are you two planning to get married?
Maisy: Oh I dunno, eventually?
I decide to try again later. I figured Maisy should ask. Mark only turned her down due to his insane trait and sure enough, it works this time. :D
I can't remember why I took this one. Maybe because Cristina is pretty? Which she is. She's a lovely elder.
Maisy: Mark and I are engaged. Cool huh?
Cristina: Oh that's great news, honey! I'm so happy for you two.
April's birthday finally rolls around!

I gave April the animal lover trait. I read that you can pick traits if the game allows it. I thought animal lover would be good for her. She's um... unique looking? Her mouth is too big for her face. She looks a lot like Devin in the mouth but the eyes are Cristina.

Maisy came in with 9 cooking points. And I have her make Train some gourmet dog food.
Cristina scolds April for skipping school? Silly game. April just came home from school. :o

Mark: Yes, I'd like to have one of those bachelor party things.
