Same old. Same old. Im busting my butt at work and then I get told that, well since things seem to have been slow for the past few days and Ive been observed not really doing much, then its okay to give me back all the projects that I just asked to be taken away from me, so that I could catch up on other things

I think it's time to have a sit down with your bosses and find out where this perception that you do nothing all day long comes from.

I want to document what it is I do all day first. That way when they say "I saw such and such" I can look at my notes and go "this is what I was doing"

We've had these conversations before and I dont think they entirely believe me. So now I'll document and after thanksgiving I'll ask for a meeting.
