Week Update
Last weekend was fun. Went to an SCA event and got to teach embroidery.
This weekend is another SCA event, and one more person wants me to teach embroidery as they were busy at the last one.
Got a couple more mini skeins dyed but the purple seems to have split colors. Been too busy to dye anymore.
I've been working on my sock and hopefully I will remember to take a picture on Sunday. Ive done one repeat of the 4 row feather and fan pattern. First time I tried found I was short one stitch. I have no idea how that happened. Hopefully I will get more done before Sunday so there is a decent updated pic.
Need to sew. Seriously need to sew. I have no decent hot weather garb. And I really want to get my Florentine back in wearable condition. This means tearing about my boxes to find my bodice pattern or starting from scratch. I also need to sew bags for my feast gear. Its mostly glass so each piece needs its own cloth bag. Hmm what to use for drawstrings....
Next weekend is our 1st anniversary. We are going to Columbus, GA. I can't stop thinking about it. I think that is why Im depressed cause its not getting here quick enough. But I can't wait to see the room. I was thinking this morning while half asleep that I want to not have anything to do Saturday morning so I can just lounge in that room. Canopy bed yay!
