Annual Review

*hyperventalating*

So today was my first annual review at work.

We are trying to get a CARF certification so we had to follow a certain protocol. Which in some ways made things easier because CARF's system broke things up into sections with ratings of 1 to 5. 3 being "meets expectations", 4 and 5 being exceeds. My raise would depend on my overall score. 3 would get me a cost of living raise, 4 and 5 would get me over cost of living.

After 40 min of having each section weighed and measure before my score was revealed for that section, I was finally told I got an average score of 4. I got a 5 in two sections and a 4.5 in one section, with only a couple 3s.

Yay me!

We discussed some possibilities of me persuing a 2 year degree with their support and Im supposed to come up with goals to achieve for next year.

Im still a nervous wreck even an hour after the review is over. Margaritas anyone?
