six rows close up. top to bottom is UO/UOO, UOU/OUOU, UOO/UUOO, UOOO/UUUOO, UOO/UUOO, UOU/OUOU. I think I'm going to cut out the UO/UOO row. It didnt produce the effect I wanted, plus I realize that the scarf only needs to be about 7 rows wide and I wanted to do the outside rows in U(U) O/U O:U OO Asle stitch
