Here’s the combined explanation/navigation post for the story Don’t Stop Believing.

Genre: Romance/Character study/Action. Spock-centric. Spock’s POV.

Main pairings: Pike/Spock, Kirk/Spock, with a sidekick of Spock/Uhura. Essentially, the story starts with Pike/Spock, slow-building and gradual, and will end with Kirk/Spock, equally slow-building.
