House,M.D.'s hot doc Jesse Spencer,31, is nursing a broken heart--he's been dumped by his girlfriend of a year and a half, singer Louise Griffiths. "She got tired of catering to him," says a source. "Everything was always about Jesse." The split comes just as his ex-fiancee, Jennifer Morrison, returns to their hit FOX show. But for now, Jesse has eyes only for Louise, also 31. Says the source: "He's desperate to get her back."
