White stuff.

Goodness, it's as if the world closed down, isn't it? Raditz has no classes, BJ has no classes, Piper has no classes, because of this snow, so it's like I have four children and two MATURE folks in this house today. Poor Piper, she had to take care of those "prisoners" yesterday and she came home so cold and wet, trying to fly in the snow. I sent her to get warmed up in the shower and gave her some chicken soup, because all I could think of was that she'd catch cold! But she seems to be all right today. Her dress uniform wasn't so lucky. We hung it up to dry in the laundry room, but it looks a little worse for the wear. She was wondering if dry cleaning would help, so I've been introducing her to the wonder that is Dryel today. We've got it in the drier right now, hopefully this will work.

At Piper's suggestion last night, we picked out movies that had a lot of music in them, so I could get the Porcupine song out of my head. It seemed to have worked with BB too, because after the movie he was more interested in singing "I Just Can't Wait To Be King!" than the Porcupine song. So, it was a really good night.

Of course, with BJ being home today, he's been practising the song again, and BB has picked up on it again. I'm really hoping BJ learns something a bit more complex soon. *g*

And it looks like BJ and Piper are organizing a day of snow fun for tomorrow for anyone and everyone. You know, that sounds like a lot of fun! Snow up here is so pretty, it stays white for so long. I could get behind sledding and snowball fights and building snowmen! I think Raditz and the boys could too. And, I'll even help out by making vats of hot chocolate, so when we need to warm up, we'll have hot chocolate!

Speaking of hot chocolate, my children are hinting that having some now would be a good idea. And you know what? I'm inclined to agree with them!

I hope we'll be seeing a lot of you folks tomorrow!
