Someone want to explane the point of locking the front door of the house, but keeping the side door unlocked is? Appearently Scott claims he likes to keep the side door unlocked incase he forgets his keys. My solution to this, is hide a spare key outside, but that would make sence. Then again, if that was to happen, chances are, if someone did forget their keys, and used the spare one, they likely wouldn't put it back in its hiding place, thus leaving it inside the house and locking themselves out again.

What he fails to realize is that tenant insurance is 100% void if your home is left unlocked. Just like car theift insurance is void if you leave your doors onlocked or leave the keys in the ignition.
