Edit: The screenplay is being written by David Benioff, who apparently wrote the script for X-men Origins: Wolverine.. and The Kite Runner and 25th Hour.
I don't know what to think. For those who haven't seen one or any of those films, let me clarify: The Kite Runner & 25th Hour were good, Wolverine was the.. opposite of good.
Edit the second: Peter Dinklage as Tyrion. He played the blackmailing homosexual dwarf from Death at a Funeral and one of Liz Lemon's romantic interests in 30 Rock. This goes in the good column.
Edit the third: Book to film/television adaptations are never good, and I'm left with a feeling of intense depression at the whole prospect.
Edit the last: I don't even care about this anymore. The books were awesome, a television series could also be fantastic, but it could also be abysmally bad. Either way, I have become entirely apathetic about this entire thing.
