So a general election's been called for May 6th. The same day, both the Hack & I - as, I imagine, did half the country - received a letter from George Osbourne, who's the Tory Shadow Chancellor. Interesting party, the Tories. They like to preach a lot - that, for example, they are the party of the everyman - but do they practice what they preach?
