So the Hack has been maderedundant again - properly this time, in writing. Add to that, some utter fucker in my block of flats has stolen a 'while you were out...' card from the Royal Mail and collected one of MY packages. So now I can't get a fucking refund because RM's shitty system says someone's collected it, and I'm down £75 that I can no longer afford.
