Gah. 3 weeks til exams.
Lalalalala *hands over ears*

So, last week was quite entertaining; things got off to a good start handing in the dissertation on wednesday morning...After that we sat in Sherlock Court comparing the amount of sleep we'd all got the previous night, ranging from 6 hours to none. Our brains were clearly incapable of concentrating on anything academic, so we sat and watched the Simpsons. Then I slept until 6.25 and had five minutes to get ready to go out to Spoons for tea pre-Cindies. The whole evening was good, but Kirsten and I left Cindies at 12.15 cos we were feeling old and tired. :D
Thursday and Friday were mostly spent lying around doing very little; I've been reading Memoirs of a Geisha, which is a great book (just finished it this morning). Thursday night was the usual CUCB craic, a bit chillier than usual cos we sat on the grass outside the Mill and gathered a small crowd. Saturday's session was really good, lots of drunken singing and general enjoyment, and we felt less like we were scaring away patrons...
On Sunday my mum and my brother decided on a whim to come and visit cos they were bored, so that of course meant we had to go to Pizza Hut for lunch. T'was generally a relaxing day. Monday morning was the beginning of the study buddy program as implemented by Kirsten and I; our plans were somewhat foiled by the Bank Holiday closure of the Public library in town, so wetrailed back to the Sherlock with our metaphorical tails between our legs. Tuesday was more successful, and included much work, with a trip to Thorntons in search of the magical chocolate fountain which appeared to be no more than a myth. We were disappointed, but there was cheap broken chocolate on sale which K took advantage of. I just bought yummy truffle bars; this was followed by a stint in HMV where we ended up testing out randomly testing Project Gotham Racing on the Xbox... Before returning to the library again.
Incidentally, I still haven't started revision, because I'm trying to write an essay. Oh well. There's time yet...
