Right there, she completely lost me.
I have not been a fan of Sarah Palin since day one, but as I'm listening to the debates, I just heard her pronounce nuclear, "nuke-you-lar". That is one of my biggest pet peeves(one that our current dismal excuse for a president is also guilty of). Whenever I hear a politician mispronounce that word I feel like it is either evidence of ignorance, a lack of intelligence or an affectation meant to make them seem like one of the "regular people". Any(or all) of these reasons seems plausible where Gov. Palin is concerned. I realize that it is a small point to fixate on, and there are in fact several reasons I don't care for her, but it is something that has irritated me for years.
