Five questions meme.

So bradygirl_12  had this 5 questions thingy on her LJ. Here's what she wanted to know...

1) If you could live anywhere in the U.S., where would it be?

Maybe a little closer to some of my friends :) My Disney friend John has been trying to convince me to move down to Florida - which might be nice except for the heat. And the hurricanes. And I love Massachusettes (except for the snow - you get more than we do down here!)   But I think I might really love San Francisco. Not just because it's a gay mecca, but because it is lovely there with the winding streets and the Painted Ladies and such. I would want to visit before committing, though :)

2) If you could live anywhere outside the U.S., where would it be?

Maybe Canada - I could get married up there. (Just have to find the right girl:)  And there's pretty boys in red suits. *grin* Or London.  London is on my "places to go before I do" list, along with Australia.  I would LOVE to live in London. They'd be a little far away from everyone, though.
3) What's your favorite fannish button?

Oh, Goddess...that's a hard one!  I have A LOT of buttons.  But I do have favorites that I wear every year no matter what - Gay-wise it would probably be my "Dip me in chocolate and throw me to the lesbians" or my "Not all Battles are fought with a sword" from the AIDS quilt display - there's a needle on it with a piece of red thread shaped like a ribbon. I love the imagry on that one.  Or my "Love is a Basic Human Right" one from Amesty International. And I have a brightly colored square one by Keith Haring of two couples dancing - one gay & one Lesbian.  And my "I'm not just out of the closet, I'm in the living rom with my feet propped up)" and my "We are everywhere" with a little alien head in a pink triangle :)  For general sayings I have a "I'm in shape. Round is a shape, isn't it?" one that I quite like - because it's true.  And my "Gone Crazy - back later" red one with a yelling cat on it that I've had forever.  Picture-wise I like what I call my "couple buttons" - two of my favorite guys close together, like the one with Hogan having his hands on Kinch's shoulders from "Revervations are Required" Or the one of Rick & AJ from the 1st season where they're hugging, or the one of Jim & Blair where they're in eachothers arms & kissing (from the blooper reel)  Or the Eddie & Benny one where they're hugging at WM20 with "Remember This" on it.  Barry-wise I have this one where he's getting his nose licked by a beagle - I don't know if it's one of his, but it's adorable. And one where he's lying in the sun w/his eyes closed.  And then there's my "graduate of fan fiction 101f - how to slash anything" because I've been written in so many fandoms that it feels like it sometimes :) Like I said - I have A LOT of buttons.

4) Have you ever seen The Big Bang Theory?

I do watch it whenever I remember it's on - I will probably do better with that when it hit's syndication.  It's a cute show and rings true on many levels fanwise - although I don't think I've ever been as geeky as they are. Okay, maybe a little, but I like to think my social skills are better than theirs.

5) What is it about Rory Cochrane that pushes your buttons? ;)

He's just adorable, for one thing. :) Those dark eyes and that scruffy look - I want to hug him. And when he was younger he was even more so -  skinny and dark hair and innocent. So damn cute.  But I love how he gets into his characters and how the character interacts and connects with other characters - his Speed intereacting with Horatio just rang true to me, like how his Lucas rang true with Joe from Empire Records and how his Carter rings true with Mel from Public Enemies, even though they weren't together all that long on screen. You can see the connection between them - you KNOW they're friends. He's good at that - making you believe in the character he's playing.   And he's adorable :)
