Quiet week
I have no thing to do this week in work. We have of no lunch or dinners to chef or waiter or waitress. No planning or do of work for quote.
We have a holiday week. I have given everyone who work permanent for me one extra week holiday and pay. I answer phone and Yulia offer answer email for business but we have almost week not in work. I and Polina work Thursday as we check all food have arrive we order. Poli has offer to check food arrive direct in kitchen, I check all box of food arrive in new office.
Next of week we have 2 lunch and 7 dinner, is hard work but OK as we have work in all kitchen except of one time past and we know chef in charge of kitchen from other time we take over kitchen.
Christmas 24th December to 2nd January and 7th January to 15th January we very busy with embassies, most dinner. We have quote for convention, may be we have reply this week, may be next week. I have bookings for 6 moths to 1 year, it is late for request of quote. We lucky we have time do days of request. 4th and 5th January. I have hear some hotel have made of quote 8 time of price normal. Pfui! We have time and no charge for if less days.
