The owner, in his infinite wisdom, printed the fliers in English ONLY. Apparently he wants to attract more gringos, as Mexicans sing & dance all night long but don't spend jack shit.
The problem: while gringos spend quite a bit more than Mexicans, when these tone deaf retards hog the stage pretending to sing & dance, they irritate the heck out of the crowd. In the end, the idea might be counter-productive.
What's more, their patronizing attitude is down right offensive. They claim to appreciate Mexican culture, yet Mexicans are to be "appreciated" behind a cage like "exotic animals", but heaven forbids if they ever step out of the cage & demand to interact with them as humans. Gringos are in here looking for a stereotype: backward male chauvinist culture where every Latin damsel is awaiting a white knight. This "vanquish the males & conquer the females" mentality is itself a product of old racial hierarchy. To this day, Hollywood is still reinforcing this message of hate by casting men of color in less than favorable light. And even the "nicest" white folks are ignorantly take part in this silent genocide.
As a ultimate test of ethnic acceptance, how many of you white ladies will give a Muslim man the same level of intimacy (yes, allow him to "conquer" you) as you would to a white man? "Respect" means jack shit when you accord different levels of interaction to different races.
