BA chapter 351 spoiler thread in a nutshell:

Mar 25, 2009 21:03

- Ichigo is a plotkai ape and Kubo is clearly hopped up on hallucinogens for making him defeat Ulquiorra.

- Ulquiorra's character has been fucked six ways to Sunday, therefore Bleach is trash and Kubo is the epitome of evil.

- Kubo is trash for not making the fight drag on for the better part of our adult lives, therefore everything is plotkai and ( Read more... )

Its because there is no consistency within the fights, nor any real reason for anyone getting any power up unless just to go "yeah, I'm stronger then you now hoo haa!" I think what people were wanting was a fight fight. Not one person owning the next out of nowhere, but meh, I've given up on trying to understand zee concept, so enjoying it for what it is.

Everything in the world of Bleach is plotkai. I am tired of fighting people on this one. -__-

I do think that Kubo takes more pains to set up power ups or at least explain the nature of them and how they pertain to the situation than we give him credit for. I mean, the beast Ichigo has turned into now, is that really a power up? How is it plotkai if Ichigo had to practically die in order to become this mindless Allon thing? Ichigo turning into a hollow beast ain't a power up in the traditional sense, it comes at a great cost to Ichigo himself, that being his very humanity and cognition. That's why I cannot really brush it aside as a run of the mill plotkai, you know?

I think people were just hoping for a drawn out Hollow Ichigo and Ulqui fight since we have had to digest some rather vomit inducing things from a certain person. So to have his head lopped off so quickly after Ichigo turns hollow has pissed off some people. I understand that Kubo has set up the nature of the person's strength and power increasing, but I guess alot of people put their expectations on what those increases would do. I'm still going to wait and see what Kubo has planned before I give my thoughts on this chapter. It isn't plotkai, absolutely. I think people are just disappointed because its being made out that this is the end.

I think this is the beginning of the end, but I honestly don't think that this chapter is it. Ichibeast's cero is white and that cero blast on the last spoiler pic was two toned, I think that Ulq managed to fire one of his own black Ceroes at the last minute, that would explain the two colored cero blast. But lets see.

Either way, I'm sure that this fight will be over in a couple chapters, at the most. Also, I'm pretty certain that there will be an Ulq backstory and subsequent UlqHime interaction. These two things are inevitable.

That is also my thought, which is why I'm waiting before I wank about anything regarding whats going on. Kubo could have everything planned or he doesn't. We can't say until we see how things go.

I'm hoping we do get a backstory because he deserves one, if we get stories from villains like Nnoitra, who served as nothing more then an obstacle for Ichigo when introduced. I think fans deserve that much, and definitely something ulquihime because its quite telling that Kubo has chosen Inoue specifically to be someone to challenge Ulqui and the one who he questions and is curious about the most. I want moar.
