Umdys... wat have i been doing lately?
well i've had the flue (but really, is there any surprise there?)
i had lots of driving and swimming in kangaroo island which was cool. dan met me in my room on monday night when i got home :D:D that was fantastic.
tueeesday...stayed home. cleaned a bit. enjoyed not having anything to do.
went to dans on wednesday (with the intention of windy hill) but all 3 of our swimmers were busy with girlfriends...so we bludged :D i must say there is a true art to bludging which i adore.
thursday... got dan haircut. it's aright. went to highpoint but my flueyness hit its peak so yeh not much shopping was done. i hate the flue. the whole feeling faint and muffled and congested and headachy and sore... god damn its just plain frustrating.
waiting by the car for Bec, heard gun shots and screaming (well thats what we thought it was) so went and LOOKED for bec and jaq (far away from car park).
went home and basically slept rest of day
friday... bludge cleaned, went to sydney rd, got my glasses :D (i can see leaves and signs!!!!) the mail and I BOUGHT A DIGITAL CAMERA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (dw maeve, i still have enough to pay you back... i'm waiting on the letter from anz so i can do it on net so expect money by next thursdayish). and its FANTASTIC!!! it does EVERYTHING that digital cameras are meant to and and and :D its the best i love it!! the guy tried to get me to pay 400 but i got it down to 380 (the guys at coburg retra vision are suckers/nice)(i think i could have got it lower without dan scowling over my shoulder at the guys lols). so thats very exciting for me:D then got food and vids and came back home. OH and i got my photos done...so i guess i should put them up on lj soonish.
tonight... vids and food. i dont want to go out with the girls cause dan dont really know him and would b uncofortable (he dont want to) and shauns is a nono cause cant get dan in, and the essendon lot are with girlfriends or at people i dont knows parties. dan couldnt b bothered checking his friends...so a nice quiet one. actually...what better way to usher in the new year then with the guy i love? after all, if you watched the OC, the person you are with at midnight is the person you'll spend the year with...and it worked for last new years. So :D
