Sailor Fuku to Kikanjuu: The Dying Day; an explantion.
Everything until episode six occurs. Instead of Hideki and Kenji running off to revenge by themselves, Izumi goes to the Mayumi's dad, Mr Creepy Plastic Politician, and makes the same speech she made with Sakuma in ep 7. Mr Politician's fate is the same and he dies by blowing hi brains out.
Hamaguchi on the other hand, manages to escape and with a rag-tag of followers, kidnaps Izumi for the heroin, using her as bait but is this time a lot more serious about it.
Sakuma, Hideki and Kenji rush in to save her and the fic deals with the aftermath.
