I feel older but not wiser

Starting the day watching "An Education" was a very surreal experience today. My title came from that movie and it was, in many ways, a reminder of how much has changed in my life in the past ten years and how one experience in my youth has made me different and years ahead of everyone else. Until now. And even then, it still isn't enough

I wonder. I mean, there's psychological perspectives to gender orientation, and then there's the socio-cultural perspective, it's be interesting to see which is actually cited more often, in research. /geek

Yes yes~ There are really different approaches to it. I believe gender studies is definitely a route to take for this one. With this study, it's impossible not to look at it in a socio-cultural perspective as well.

So far, studies on shoujo and BL have been literary although there are few that are tapping into socio-anthropological structure. On the other end, there has been a full research on its history.

I've never studied something in this light before so this is very challenging to me. >w<) *geeks with you*
