"I'm off, Mom." Then the door slammed shut.
Gokudera opened his portable ashtray and snubbed the cigarette and stuffed it inside and slipped it back into his pocket as he pushed himself off the wall of the front gate of Tsuna's house. He let out a huge grin and turned to face Tsuna.
"Good morning, Te-..."
The words died in his mouth when he saw Tsuna walking up to him. Tsuna was wearing another pair of cargo pants, this time in a washed out dark green. The shirt... the shirt. Gokudera was sure his jaw had dropped to the floor.
"It looks weird, doesn't it? All of my summer shirts are in the wash and this was all I had left. I thought since I got this shirt back in the first year of junior high, it would still fit..."
The yellow shirt with a dark green Skull and Crossbones symbol on the left breast was too tight and short on Tsuna. Gokudera caught a tiny sight of skin between the pants and shirt. If Tsuna moved his arms in any way, the shirt would ride up...
"I-It's perfect on you, Tenth!"
Tsuna left out a small breath of relief. "Thanks. Well, Yamamoto's waiting and we have to make up for the lost time from yesterday. Let's go."
As the day passed by, things were going downhill for Gokudera. Every movement Tsuna made, the shirt would ride up, giving Gokudera a small flash of Tsuna's bellybutton. When he was stretching, when he was reaching across the table, when he was scratching his head over a difficult problem.
He had to persevere. It wasn't fitting for a right-hand man to oogle over his boss' sexy bellybutton.
It was sudden at first. It wasn't that he was always fixated on Tsuna's bellybutton when he saved him from his blunder with the dynamites when they first knew each other, or when they went to the beach or to the pool.
It started when he was helping Tsuna unscrew a light bulb a year ago. It was the first time he had the opportunity to see that cute little bellybutton upclose and personal when he was steadying the chair Tsuna was using to replace the overhead light in the kitchen. Gokudera offered to do it, but Tsuna seemed determined to do it himself and Gokudera didn't want Tsuna to think he committing insubordination and let his boss be.

Eventually, it was pretty helpful in those very naughty and forbidden fantasies he had locked up in him. Then he would feel dirty and guilty that he was using his precious Tenth in that way.
But now, he's kinda scared that Tsuna might've caught on since that little encounter yesterday. They agreed to stay as friends for the time being, but a little experimenting wouldn't hurt them, although it was much more than a little teenage curiosity for Gokudera, but Tsuna didn't have to know that.
The tinny sound of classical music broke the silence of in the air. Yamamoto blushed slightly as he got up from the small table in his room as he took out his cell phone. "Sorry, again, guys. It's important call. I'll be right back."
Then Yamamoto rushed out of the room. Tsuna signed as he leaned back, resting on his arm, making the shirt ride up and put his bellybutton in full view. Gokudera gulped.
"I wonder who it is, could it be someone special? It's rare to see Yamamoto blush..."
It's probably that asshole Yamamoto had been secretly fawning over lately... "I dunno."
Tsuna stretched again as he looked at Gokudera. "I think he would tell us one day."
That one little flash finally snapped something within Gokudera and he (gently) tackled Tsuna on the floor.
"Gokudera-kun!"
"Tenth, y-you knew, right?"
Then Tsuna looked like he was bursting laughing. "S-sorry, Gokudera-kun but it was pretty obvious since yesterday. I was curious and I wanted to test it out. Sorry for doing that to you. If I can make it up to you, I can come come over to your house and return the favor from y-yesterday."
Even though Tsuna face went red, Gokudera went slackjawed at the brazen proposal and was in that state for the remainder of the visit.
In the end, when the two went to Gokudera's apartment, Tsuna made good on his promise.

Ugh, I hope whoever is the OP get this since is like an unfulfilled request from three months ago and I hope you will find some enjoyment with this fail I give to you~! I originally only gonna write it in Tsuna's POV, but I felt bad for Gokudera getting some spotlight.
