Hmm... Thai Chicken...
I think it turned out how it was supposed to. I liked it okay, but it's not exactly my style, and I think I'd have liked it more if I was hungrier when we ate it. The whole time I was eating I was trying to find the taste of all the ingredients -- there's the salsa, you can definitely taste the peanut butter... where's the molasses, ah there it is! I think it will grow on me and it was a nice change of pace.
