In speech class, we were forced to watch Rachel Ray make Thai stir fry and salad with a spicy peanut dressing. I actually really enjoyed it! Let me know how it turns out!

This dressing is a little spicy too I think (it has chili powder in it), but I may tone it down... Ben and I aren't big fans of HOT.

Good, actually. A lot of people thought she was annoying, but I would rather watch her than someone boring!

This is actually a Corrin that's different from the Corinne you know from Mom's club. I don't know if Corrine has a blog or not. Sorry for the confusion!
