She's Back

O.K. I'm baaaaack. Ya just can't keep a khan down. Well not for too long anyway. And it seems like eons. First, I started having very intense pain, started drinking alone, and eventually wound up in rehab. Meanwhile I had horrific stomach pains constantly, and also had an ovarian cyst. Finally, and this took about half a year, they discovered I had a fistula in my abdomen, and that my stomach lining had a tear in it, growing larger every year. So, I have had two surgeries. One in late July, got out in late August. Then had numerous infections and more hospitalizations. Then another surgery on December 26th, and was *told* I'd be out in five or six days, and six weeks later I was finally allowed home on strict instructions to stay in bed, not lift anything, and not to drive. There actually is a *lot* more to this story, but right now I'm just peeking back in, and giving the very brief synopsis of where I've been and what I'm doing now. What? Well, getting ready to re-join society, the SCA, and have fun. Going to A.A. and selling Avon. Which I love. Who knew?
Anyway, I really look forward to hearing from you all, and I have been lurking a bit too...so ...
