rest in peace uncle brock
on monday afternoon...someone very special to me passed on to the other side.
his name was brock anderson....my uncle,my big brother and at times..my mentor.
theres so much i can say about this man...but words just cant do him justice.
he was always hardbittin and tough as nails but to his family he was like a big teddy bear...if you were lucky to know him there wouldnt be a day that would go bad if you were around him or talking to him. he has always done a great job of turning a bad situation into a huge laugh lol.
god...was he crazy! if you know me you know i have a bit of a warped sence of humor...you can thank him for that.
this is the same dude....who would go into a vetrens bar and tell these dramatic and over the top vietnam stories..just to get free drinks and laugh about it later lol.
no if's ands or buts about it..he would make you laugh.
he always did things his way...and thats one of the many reasons why i look up to him.
he's lived in the rotton city of detroit most of his life..and im not talkin no outskirts of detroit or nothing like that..he was born and raised there. he was never happy living there...he hated that fucking place. and with good reason. but 8 years ago he said fuck it and took a bus and moved far,far away. to the other part of the country. and man was he happy...his life changed forever once he got on that bus. he fount peace...he fount happiness.
he just totally cleaned his life up over there...and he proved to me that good things do happen if you get cracking.
uncle brock...you were and will ALWAYS be alive. in my mind and in my heart. there is not a single soul who can fit in your shoes..you are one of a kind! we will finally see each other again..mark those words brotha we will see each other and laugh like crazy.
and i will make you happy....I WILL see those sights you wanted me to see. I WILL see the beautiful mountains I WILL see the trees and the hills. and you will be with me all the way.
