Forget AT&T, I'm switching to Cox

One month since I've moved and activated my phone, and I still can't get a good signal. Found it's the troublesome line, and called AT&T to come physically reconnect it. They were supposed to show up today, but nothing.

That's a bad thing, since I had to take the day off just to wait for the technician to show, which he never did. On the upside, now I have a valid reason to quit them, aside from no longer offering DSL in my area (which should have been my first red flag).
