The video game rocks balls to the wall. The movie, however, proves that any attempts to take a video game and translate it into film will usually result in fail. Sure, they claimed to stay true to the video game, but ended up butchering the plot of the original. Key plot devices have been changed, and characters have either been omitted entirely, referenced only tangentially in irrelevant manner, or created out of thin air.

I will create a full review once the film comes out on DVD, or sooner, if it pleases me. And, believe me, there will be blood, unlike this shallow piece of tripe.
