Payment Processing

Have you ever been shopping online and find that perfect gift or the exact item you've been wanting, only to find out that the store doesn't accept a form of payment that you're comfortable with? That kind of thing drives me crazy (as does finding out that the store doesn't ship to Canada). Small businesses do have options available to them through companies like Five Star Payments, which provide payment and checkout options. The cool part about it is that the business owner doesn't necessarily need to be tech savvy themselves since checkouts can be processed through Five Star Payments directly. For those people running their own small business, this may be a simple alternative to the current method of accepting payment. The cost of the service provided by Five Star may not necessarily be expensive either because, depending on the credit card processor that is selected for the business, the cost is correlated with the amount of transactions. Not a bad idea if you're wanting to expand the types of payments your business can accept!
