Okay, the following was inspired by Dead Man. It takes place, I suppose, in William's head as he is swept away by the ocean. It's sort of a lament, I guess. I don't know. If you haven't seen the movie, you might still like it, though the nuances will be lost on you. LOL. Sorry if you don't get it, not that many people have seen Dead Man.

dead man fics are a rare commodity. very few and far-apart. this was short, but beautifully written. i've often thought of writing my own dead man fic, but i can't think of what i'd write about. meh. i really like the movie and the character, and i'm glad you've written something about it.

i've read ghostgecko's fic "How the West Was Won." It's fucking brilliant. Read it as soon as you get the chance ^_~
