What that link does is it links up people with low denomination Bart tickets (like moi) and lets them donate those low Bart tickets to an organization within the Bay Area.
I've have what amounts to 50 cents on separate Bart cards. I can finally make a donation and make something count. I'd just like something within the area. So far the Peninsula Humane Society looks good. This'll take a lot of research.
