I love this band. I love Tool more of course, but Volbeat is damn fine too. This is one of their harder ones. They go all over the place style wise, and I adore that about them. Never know what to expect next outta them!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Gs_h_HVX6U&feature=g-vrec We're waiting to hear back about a home equity line of credit so we can get the patio/steps and front steps/walkway fixed. It's gotten ridiculous going in and out of the house. Someone is going to get hurt. I am so tired of taking out $$ for home repairs. Not much choice though. These are things that won't wait any longer to be fixed. Last thing I want is the foundation damaged from the water coming against it due to the grading issues in both areas (probably why they both fell apart too - bozos who built the house didn't fully back fill and tamp).
The microwave is still busted also. They had to order a part that no one stocks anymore (thankfully, it's only $36 - yay!). Considering it's very old, makes sense. Hope it will be fixed by end of next week. The garage doors and the toilet are just going to have to wait. I know the damn roof/gutters will be the next nightmare, and I hate having all this debt from home repairs. It is what it is though. Grateful that's the only thing I have to whine about.
Kye is an adorable smunchie and he's doing great. My sister called and he spent a long time on the phone talking to her son Henri. It was so CUTE! <3 It's a shame we live so far apart. The boys adore each other. I asked Alex if she'd be interested in Disney maybe next Xmas (year and a half away). She didn't sound enthused, but maybe she'll change her mind. I think they'd love getting to spend time together at Disney, and my in-laws usually go right after Xmas. We could all go together as a big group. I think all the kids would have a blast together.
In the bad news department, my aunt's mother-in-law passed away. I feel bad my cousin's lost their grandmother. The silver lining is she was in her 90s, and she had a long full happy life.
