Feel kinda pathetic as right now I only have 1 active character atm, so I'm opening it up to some recurring NPCs in my game.

Mephisto - *lights up a smoke, and inhales* First, let me just say the power I've demonstrated thus far pales in comparison to what I've seen and in some cases been a part of. To answer your first question though, power is a means to an end. And that end is survival. I intend on surviving for a long time to come. The second I don't foresee, not due to lack of power, but lack of desire. Despite what you may think, I hold no ill will to my former colleagues. We merely had a difference of opinion in certain respects, and they happen to take offense to my leaving. Should they happen upon my doorstep though, looking for trouble... well that is an entirely different story. Mercy is not a quality I embrace, and something I still share with them. *smile*

Valeric - *frowns distastefully at Mephisto's smoking, sliding further from the disgusting human* Only some of them. I'm hopeful my wife will have a positive influence on their leader, Rhistel. The dark elf... well, might have some redeemable qualities. We shall see. As to the rest... provided they keep their mouths shut and do the job I'm paying them, I could care less. *sighs* My wife's pity may be the end of me. *rubs temples*
