Real quick
I want to get in the habit of updating this more often, so I'll be making a feeble attempt here.
Adam's in town till Wednesday morning. I met up with him and a bunch of people at Havana's in New Hope tonight. We're supposed to get together tomorrow evening for coffee or some other exciting adventure. I love having him around. And it's so good to see him less stressed out than normal. He looks so happy and healthy. Definitely a good change.
Saw some of the old crew from Bucks tonight. My voice teacher from Bucks is retiring, so a group of us alumni got together to sing in the Winter Choir Concert tonight. It was fun. Good to see some of those people again. Really mad that Nick Minton wasn't there. He really should have been there to see Helen. I hear that he's been flaking out of a lot of stuff recently. I talked to him this time last year. He was supposed to call me to hang out, but I didn't hear from him again. I would love to see him. He was a good kid.
Finished up call-backs for Cinderella at school today. It was hard to cast, only because some people who would be obvious shoe-ins to get parts, didn't end up with leads. It's so much about how it's written. Kinda funny like that. But I think what we ended up with is going to be a great cast. I'm really looking forward to working with them all. So, come see the show!
Some of my students know I have an LJ. Of course I wouldn't tell them my username. And if they find it, I just have to lock everything. No big deal. So if you want to read my LJ, better make me your friend.
