Don Bernardo Rodriguez Arellano, the inventor of this salsa, was the manager of the famous (and one of my favorites) restaurant La Lonja in San Luis Potosí , Mexico. This salsa is great because it preservates a lot more than common salsas made with avocado; it's ideal to go with mexican antojitos and huge tortas...

ingredients:
1 big mexican avocado
1 lettuce leaf
2 green tree chilli
1/4 onion
1/2 green sweet pepper
salt
3 tbl spoons of olive oil
liquidize all the ingridients eccept the oil.
in a frying pan over a medium heat, put the oil and fry lightly all the liquidize ingredients for 2 or 3 minutes.
let the salsa cool before you use it...
