need help for a prompt

Hi guys, I was offered a fic prompt that could make a nice KH/Enchanted crossover, but some of my memories of the movie are blurry, and I figured here was a good place to ask.

How did Edward and Nancy get back to Andalasia? They went through the manhole? But in that case that's a plothole because Giselle could have gone back anytime... *is confused*
