:\ Opening up a can of worms here, but SoKairi feels so forced to me in the second game. I can give dozens of points for how RiKai is a mutual relationship and made into a "basic" relationship (I'll refrain, though. Not worth starting wank over XD).

The nobody thing pisses me off, too. >.> Naminé and Roxas have completely different personalities when compared to Kairi and Sora--it's not a reason for your effing OTP! GUH.

Also? I think the only even-close-to-"canon" pairing is Sora/Riku/Kairi.

Oh, when I said "with" I meant people who think they are "canonically together" xD. The only real thing we have to work with is subtext, but I agree--whatever it is is totally forced. BUT, they still AREN'T together no matter what. They're just subtexted as hell. I feel like they kinda dropped the "Heeeeeeey, Riku likes her, too!" thing, but that could be on part of Riku's character, too. He was kinda busy XD

As far as fanbrats are concerned, they were spawned from those people so therefore it's plenty enough proof they are together. The ending of the game and the merges in TWTNW kinda does make it seem that way, but I see just as much evidence for Namine/Riku or Roxas/Olette as anything else, so....

Because I feel the need to poke the rabid Aerith/Cloud/Tifa triangle wars back to life - AC and that deflated that - I'll mention that the intent in FFVIIAC was to have Cloud/Tifa romantically involved XD It talks about it in the artbook-thing. AHaha.

I miss those shipwars. They were funny.
