A Note on GMVS/Songfics
I've been thinking. There are so many GMVs labeled Organization Character Themes, bla bla. And maybe a tenth of them use Disney...and horribly mischaracterize.
It's depressing (If I see ONE MORE XALDIN with Colors of the Wind I WILL SHOOT SOMETHING. SHOOT IT DEAD.) (That goes for Under The Sea Demyx, too.).
So, I went through both my extensive Disney library and the beautiful thing known as Google, and found some songs I think people should maybe think about using next time they want to make a GMV/songfic with Disney (though considering most KH fans are OMGWTFDISNEYSUX!!111!11!one!, it's probably rare.

On My Way from Brother Bear- jeebus fish, this is Sora in a nutshell. Seriously. It's cheerful, optimistic, and talks about traveling and friendship and it has whistling and it just makes you want to smile and skip around like an idiot.
I'm Still Here from Treasue Planet has Xion written all over it. The lyrics are just...her. It's almost creepy perfect, except gender pronouns (then again...)
As for Demyx. Under the Sea, okay sure whatever. He's more of a Hakuna Matata guy, in my opinion. I mean, Hakuna Matata pretty much means 'oh yay let's be lazy bums and do nothing, woohoo! Don't worry about life!' That sounds a lot more like Demyx than 'darling it's better down where it's wetter', no?
Axel. It may be just me, but You Got A Friend In Me fits pretty well. It's very simple and sweet, and he's pretty much the Friend Guy, anyway. As for him and Roxas, Who Better Than Me from the Tarzan Broadway (I don't discriminate!) fits them (Days-wise) amazingly. Besides, Roxas as kid!Tarzan is ADORABLE.
Xaldin. Poor Xaldin. He gets screwed over with Disney songs. But I have found one that is SO FITTING- Don't Fall In Love from Beauty and the Beast: Enchanted Christmas. It's Forte's villain song. First of all, TIM CURRY, anyone? Yes, please. Second, he and Xaldin are pretty much interchangeable purpose -wise (SHE DOESN'T LOVE YOU AHAHAHA), so yeah. Also, TIM CURRY. (lol looking at the cast list Haley was Chip lol)
Larxene was also easy. I Want The Good Times Back from the Little Mermaid broadway. It's deliciously evil and sadistic and giggly.
Roxas gets Out There from Hunchback, seriously. I can see him singing it while watching the Twilight Town gang.
Poor Zexion and Lexaeus get shafted, too, don't they? I'm personally partial to Steady As The Beating Drum for Lex, because it just seems to work for him. Zexion (now i've seen this once, good for whoever used it, even though i wanted to murder the rest of her video (DISNEYMANIA VERSIONS WTF GIRL)) is I'll Try from Return To Neverland (if you MUST use the Disneymania one, it's Jesse so go ahead.) Fits him in my opinion.
Next person who uses Reflection for Marluxia gets a thorn bush in the face. Come on,Be Prepared all the way. (I can see Axel and Larxene fighting over who gets to be Shenzi and therefore the actual decent lines). (thank the lord some people actually do use this one.)
STOP USING PIRATE SONGS FOR XIGBAR. SERIOUSLY, STOP. My opinion? I think *sigh* Oogie's Song. He's just that obnoxious, and I can see him directing it towards Master Xehanort (with MX as the extremely sarcastic Santa) when he kidnaps him.
In any case, those are just some thoughts. So, please, fantards, can you use more Disney?
